Personally Identifiable Information Collected
CleanWell collects personal information when you register for our subscription list, participate in certain activities on our website, including things like contests, surveys and polls, and when you order products.
Examples of the kind of personal information collected are basic information like email address, zip code, address, age. When you purchase at our site, then financial information such as credit card number would be collected.
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. We also may release personally identifiable information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Merchant Agreement and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and risk reduction.
In the event that CleanWell is acquired, merchant account information may be one of the transferred assets.
Information Storage and Security
CleanWell.com is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13 CleanWell does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13, and does not use such information if it discovers that it is has been provided. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 should not provide any personal information on this Site. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.
